Ever wonder what you should do with all of those extra pieces of fabric that you have that aren’t really big enough for anything specific, but you just can’t quite part with?
Well bring in those pieces of cotton fabric that you have left over from doing all those quilts and let’s use them in making 8 inch crumb quilt squares. We are going to just put them in a common pile and share with everyone. Who knows, you might just find someone brings in a fabric you really like to use for your block and you might have something someone else wants in their quilt block. The scraps can be any shape but should be at least 1 1/2″ inch x 1 1/2″ so when we sew them with a 1/4″ seam allowance you will have enough material showing in your quilt square.
