Having attended Machine Introduction is helpful, but not necessary. Learn to use your machine’s decorative stitches. Have some fun with appliques techniques and even try some free motion sewing. The last part of the class will be teaching you how to program on your new machine. Those who have machines that do not have this ability may leave early, or stay and watch. Please bring your machine, all accessories, power cord, foot control, machine user’s guide, and several colors of thread.

Join Jan on September 10th from 6 to 9 pm to make an apron for Mom, Mama’s little darling, big sister and dolly (for the 18″ doll). Pick up the pattern ahead of time at the Viking Sewing Gallery so you can cut it out and be ready to sew your project in class.

This will be a class for new machine owners.  Join us with your new Singer or Husqvarna Viking sewing machine to learn the basics!  Bring your machine, power cord, foot pedal and thread.  We will supply the fabric for the class.

Our 6D Premier  system has a complete digitizing program that is called Design Creator.  You can  create designs using the built in Wizard or using the manual tools for more intricate designs.  Why be limited to what someone else designed?

Included in this class is basic 6D embroidery useage, combining designs and lettering.  Please bring to class your laptop with 6D embroidery loaded and registered, dongle, notebook and pen.

We’ll show you how to become crazy for crazy patch.  Learn how to do the basic block and what you can do with your machine to create embellish your block and make it truly yours.  Couching and braiding are 2 of the techniques you’ll learn in this fun filled hour.

Diamond Techniques Class-

This is a FREE class to our Diamond owners. This class will teach you how to program quilting stitches in your embroidery hoop. You will also be learning how to use your Omni-motion stitches to create lovely small borders for quilts.

Added Bonus—-because this feature is also on the Designer Ruby Deluxe, we are inviting our Ruby Deluxe owners to come to this class as well.

Stitch Editor Plus has lots of hidden jewels.  Learn to add basting around part or all of a design, cut a design apart and more.

Spanish Hemstitching creates beautiful openwork stitching between two finished edges. You can press under the raw edges on fabric or you can insert a trim like ribbon with a finished edge.
