Embroidery Basics was just the start. During this Connectivity and Advanced Embroidery Class, you will customize designs and learn how to interface your machine with your computer. You can then transfer designs to and from your computer directly to your embroidery machine (Diamond Royal and Ruby). Or save on your USB stick. Please bring your embroidery machine, all accessories, embroidery arm and your computer if it is a laptop.

This class is geared for moms and daughters, grandmoms and granddaughters, aunts and nieces or any adult sewer with a younger sewer. It is also open for those young at heart that love the American Girl experience.
The Class fee of $49.00 will include the class fee for two, a book, some sewing supplies and use of a sewing machine.
Other supplies may be needed. As soon as we receive the kits, we will be able to let you know what additional supplies are needed.
Class is limited to 4 pairs. Another class will be added if needed.
The first class will be from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. A second class, if needed, will be from 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

This week’s featured project is a Jelly Roll quilt. This quilt top is possibly the the fastest quilt top you will ever make.
It uses a “jelly roll” of fabric, which is literally a roll of 2 1/2″ x 44″ strips of fabric. A roll usually has 20-40 strips.
This week we will add batting and backing and start to quilt.
