We are seeing circles in the daytime everywhere we go. Come join us as we continue to learn more about the Circular Attachment. Join us each month and there will enough blocks to complete a quilt of circles. We are learning how to use a variety of feet. This block is using some of your decorative stitches and a method similar to paper piecing. You’ll look like a pro.

Advanced Techniques (Diamond and Ruby): Those Pesky Messages!

We offer advanced classes for owners of the Diamond Deluxe, Diamond and Ruby embroidery machines.  These classes are designed to teach techniques specific to these machines, so that owners can understand and utilize all there is on these wonderful machines!

New techniques will be introduced every two months.  In the two month period, one class will be offered during the daytime, and one in the evening, so that everyone can attend; the topic will be the same for both classes.

Each block gives specific fabric, notions, feet, accessories and cutting requirements as well as instructions to make the block.   Note:  This will be a sewing class, not embroidery.

A supply list for the class will be provided when you pay your registration fee; please come in to the store to pick it up as soon as possible.  Your space is only temporary until you pay your registration fee.

Free Motion Quilting: The Basics

Do you ever want to do your own decorative quilting on your completed quilt tops? You can, with a little instruction and a lot of practice! In this class, you will learn the basics in managing your free motion quilting – loops, handwriting, motifs.

A supply list will be provided once you pay your registration fee, which needs to be gathered and prepared in advance, so we can take full advantage of the class time for quilting!  Please come in to the store to pick it up as soon as possible.  Your space is only temporary until you pay your registration fee.

What to Bring:  In addition to the supply list items, sewing machine, sewing accessories, machine user guide,  scissors, etc.  If you have an extension table, it is highly recommended.  If you have quilter’s gloves, they are also recommended.  We will discuss all of these tools and their relative value during class.

Creative Class – Cat’s Meow Applique

Are you wanting to learn applique we will show you how to place and complete your applique using the Lunch Box Quilts Cat’s Meow Designs, then turn it into a great tote.

6D Embroidery I (Software)

Learn about the primary functions of the 6D Embroidery software.  Find and load, combine, resize, add lettering to designs.  Create endless designs, and repeat components of designs using the Encore wizard.  This is a great beginning to your use of the 6D Software system.

What to Bring:  Laptop with software installed, laptop peripherals, USB stick, 6D dongle

Who should Register:  Owners of 6D Embroidery, 6D Embroidery Extra, or 6D Premier.

We strongly recommend you attend 6D Explorer before you attend this class.

There is no charge for this class.
