This class is just the beginning of the wonderful world of Husqvarna Viking embroidery!  It gives basic instructions on how to achieve beautiful embroidery using your new Husqvarna Viking embroidery machine.  Please bring your machine, hoops, USB stick with designs, embroidery unit, design book, filled bobbin, and embroidery thread.

Includes the following machines.

• Designer Ruby deluxe
• Designer Diamond deluxe
• Designer Diamond Royale

No charge for class.

Learn to use your machine’s decorative stitches and how to program on your new machine.  Please bring your machine, all accessories, power cord, foot control, machine user’s guide, and sewing thread.

This is the fourth class in the Viking Owners classes series and is for all Viking Embroidery machines. During this class you will customize designs and learn how to interface your machine with your computer and transfer designs from the computer to your machine. You will learn how to access other designs and how to download designs you purchase and organize them so as not to lose them. We ask that you attend Classes 1, 2 and 3 before joining this class. Bring machine, embroidery unit, power cord, all hoops that came with your machine, embroidery bobbin thread, embroidery scissors, note pad, owner’s manual and design book. Free to all original owners.

This month we will be reviewing/ learning design positioning. Good for new or seasoned owners.

You will need your machine and embroidery unit. Additional supply list will be posted shortly.

This class is for adults wishing to learn basic sewing skills.  You will learn about Fabrics, notions and “tools of the trade”, as well as basic sewing machine use, while Creating a basic garment.  It is never too late to learn a skill that will last a lifetime.  Viking Sewing Machines are provided in the classroom.

In this first four week session you will create a drawstring tote bag and pajama pant.  You can then sign up to continue your learning with another four week session where you will create a top with set in sleeves, the instructors are available to help pick your pattern and give advice on fabric choices.

Further continuation of this series will teach you to put in a zipper, a great skill to learn that can be applied to clothing as well as tote bags and pillows.  After completion of this series of classes  you may continue to enjoy your new found or refreshed sewing skills completing garments or projects of your choice with the teachers available for assistance when you need them.

Owner’s Class 2

Make your first project on your machine! Learn how to use your decorative stitches and review the things you learned in Owner’s Class 1. Please bring white all-purpose thread. After taking Owner’s Class 1, everyone needs to take this class before signing up for any other classes.
