Make your first project on your machine! Learn how to use your decorative stitches and review the things you learned in Owner’s Class 1. Please bring white all-purpose thread. After taking Owner’s Class 1, everyone needs to take this class before signing up for any other classes.

• If the class has a cost, please pay when you sign-up. Of course, Owner’s Classes are completely free. Some of our specialty classes may be $10 unless you are already an owner of the item featured in the class or you choose to purchase the item during class for 10% off. These classes are marked with an asterisk (*). This is a great way to try an accessory that you’ve been eyeing without the commitment!

Bring a Friend! Lace Ornaments

Learn how to make lace on your Husqvarna Viking Sewing and Embroidery machine! These beautiful lace ornaments make great Christmas gifts, too! This is a great class to come to if you or a friend is interested in a new sewing and embroidery machine. You will go home with a beautiful finished product!

You will need embroidery thread of your choice. You can choose from Rayon for a very thin, delicate ornament or 30 wt. Cotton for a softer, but thicker ornament. Please make sure to bring a bobbin to wind your thread on if you choose a different color than white You will also need Aqua Magic stabilizer and your 120 x 120 hoop if you already own a machine. All of these things are available here at the Viking Sewing Gallery, so if you are a guest and just trying out embroidery in this class, just bring yourself!

This class is just the beginning of the wonderful world of Husqvarna Viking embroidery! It gives basic instructions on how to achieve beautiful embroidery using your new Husqvarna Viking embroidery machine. Please bring your machine, embroidery unit, USB stick with designs, design book, bobbin filled with bobbin fill, and embroidery thread.
