QUILT BLOCK WIZARD/QUILT DESIGN CREATOR
The class will cover the use of both the Quilt Block Wizard in 6D Extra. This program allows you to create beautiful quilted designs for use with your embroidery machine and with the automated long-arm quilting machines. This will cover creating designs with stipple, channel, cross hatch, motif, shaped and echo fills. It will show you how to add embroideries to your quilting designs. We will create a set of “quilt in the hoop” pot holders in this class.
Attendees need to bring a laptop loaded with their programs, a mouse, power cable, dongle, flash drive, note paper, and pen. Although these are basically 6D classes, handouts and instructions will be available for 5D owners.

This class covers Photo Stitch Wizard and Photo Stitch to create original embroidery from photographs and pictures. It will include information on how to take and edit your photographs for best results and various stitch types available in the programs. Family Tree allows you to create genealogical trees for use with the photo stitch files you have created.
