Pajama Pants

Learn basic garment sewing skills  & how to use and read a commercial pattern.

Supplies needed:

-your basic sewing tools*

-a pajama pant pattern

-correct yardage of woven, cotton fabric (as listed on pattern).  PJ pants will take a minimum of 2 ½ yards of 45” fabric for an average size adult.  If your pattern calls for less than this get 2 ½ yards.  Extra fabric is required to match plaids and distinct patterns and/or if you are very tall.

-matching all-purpose thread

-3/4” non-roll elastic for waistband (your waist measurement or a yard, whichever is greater)

 

Cost:  $35 (1 – 3 hour Class)

 

Dates:  Thursday, January 19 – 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

            Monday, January 23 – 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.

            Thursday, February 16 – 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

            Monday, February 20 – 5 – 8 p.m.

            Thursday, March 16 – 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

            Monday, March 20 – 5 – 8 p.m.
