This month’s Diamond Techniques Club will explore quilting in sewing mode. We will review 1/4″ piecing with foot, stippling with built in stitches, handlook quilting with machine and some free motion stitching. bring your machine, new needles, cotton sewing thread, invisible thread, bobbins, 10 or 12″ fabric “sandwiches” (fabric, thin batting, fabric) to practice different techniques (you will need at least 2), and feet for quilting; 1/4″ piecing foot, R foot, free motion echo quilting foot, open toe free motion spring foot and sensor Q foot. There are 2 classes to choose from; one on Tuesday, July 9, 6-8:30 PM or on Saturday, July 13, 1:30-4;00 PM. Class fee is $5.00 Ruby owners welcome, but please let me know you are bringing Ruby.
