- Scraps of fabrics or fat quarters from 5 colors
- Sewing machine with power cord and foot control
- Sewing thread
- Pins (Flower pins if you have them)
- Fabric cutting scissors
- Paper cutting scissors
- A 3 X 5 card that is pretty heavy or a very thin plastic 6” ruler
- Small quilting iron (optional)
- Ironing pad (optional)
- Small rotary cutter mat (optional)
- Rotary cutter
- 12” or smaller thick plastic or metal ruler that can be used with a rotary cutter
