Foot of The Month Club – Block #3

Are you a quilter? Or maybe you are an aspiring quilter and just are sure where to get started?  Well we have a great class for you!

Join us on a journey of fun in the world of quilting while learning to use a variety of presser feet. You will make 10 blocks in all to make a wonderful quilt.

In block 3, we will make a traditional cathedral window quilt block using the Circular Attachment.

Pre-class Preparation 

Cut:

Fabric 5:
• Four 12” squares
• One 14½” square
Fabric 1:
• One 12” square
Fabric 6:
• One 12” square
Fabric 8:
• One 12” square
Fabric 13:
• One 12” square

**All cutting is required to be done prior to class

  • Fabric 1: 1¼ yards
  • Fabric 2: ½ yard
  • Fabric 3: ¾ yard
  • Fabric 4: 1 yard
  • Fabric 5: 1¼ yard
  • Fabric 6: 1¼ yard
  • Fabric 7: ½ yard
  • Fabric 8: 1 yard
  • Fabric 9: 2 yards
  • Fabric 10: ¾ yard
  • Fabric 11: 1⅜ yard
  • Fabric 12: ⅜ yard
  • Fabric 13: ½ yard
  • Fabric 14: ¼ yard
  • Backing fabric: 3½ yards
  • Batting: Three 5″ squares

 This class is for all Viking Opal, Sapphire, and Designer machines.

In order for us to start class on time, please arrive 5-10 minutes before class is to begin to allow you to have time to set up.

If you signed up for this class but later find that you will be unable to attend, please let us know well in advance so that we can call a person on our waiting list to take your place.  If there are too few to sign up, we reserve the right to cancel the class.   Your machine must be in good working order, and you must know the basics of how to operate it before coming to this class.  Thank you.
