Create a border for a pillow case, or the center of a table runner using 30 wgt cotton or even 40 wgt rayon embroidery thread to stitch out this pretty design. Embellish it with torn fabric strips sewn down with the three hole yarn foot and yarn. It is a repeating border design which can be stitched out in a large hoop, endless hoop or the new metal hoop.
bring machine, embroidery unit, base fabric, tear away stabilizer, thread, new embroidery needle or top stitch needle if using 30 wgt thread, a wound bobbin or two.
Optional: contrast fabric to tear for embellished strip, three hole yarn foot and varigated or 3 colors of yarn (smooth, not knubbly)
