Take a plain crew neck T-shirt, and transform it into a nice top by changing the neckline. You will learn how to lower the neckline and add a bias cowl collar, add a lettuce edge ribbing collar, or make a hidden elastic application neck edging. Although this project is designed for those with a serger, you can also use a sewing machine.
