stabilizer class

For the people who could not make it to the last class we had  here is your chance again.

In this class you will learn which three things determine what stabilizer you use when embroidering.

Materials needed for the class:

Light weight knit fabric – Jersey Knit, stretch knit as in T shirts or an old T shirt

Heavy weight knit fabric – fleece or sweatshirt type fabric or an old sweatshirt

Sheer Fabric – Netting or Organza

Woven Cotton (Quilting, muslin) Batiste, Denim (shirt weight) Linen,

Heavy weight woven fabric such as denim

Terry Cloth or an old towel

 

NOTE:   You will not have choice of design and thread color changes, please do not bring any garment that you want to embroidery on and wear later.  Please bring old garments only that you do not care about.

Machine with embroidery arm, and all the embroidery hoops, Thread, scissors

In this class we will be teaching you how to determine which stabilizer to use with different fabrics and embroidery designs and features the “Inspira Stabilizer Guide Wheel” and the “Inspira Needle Guide. We will also be showing the different hoops that are available, and helpful gadgets.
