OHIO STAR QUILTED PILLOW–cancelled; will be rescheduled

Make this pillow with the traditional Ohio Star Pattern as you learn how to do quilt piecing by machine, sew triangles, sew squares (and match corners!), echo quilt my machine, make a gathered ruffle, AND apply a zipper to the back by the ruffle so that it is next to being invisible.  We have ours in Christmas colors because of our “Christmas in July” theme, but you can use whatever colors you desire.  No prior quilting experience is required, but you must have a sewing machine that is in good working order and know the basics of how to operate it to participate in this class.

  • Scissors or rotary cutter
  • Quilting ruler
  • Long sewing pins or 9 medium length safety pins
