Use a pattern from the “Fabric by Design” collection #266 and repeat it to make a continuous design on fabric. Turn it into an e-reader/tablet case using the In R Form stabilizer. if you do not have it in your stash, or just want to try it, add $2 to your class fee for a piece large enough for the project.
Supplies needed: machine with embroidery unit, new size 90 Embroidery needle, 40 Weight embroidery thread and matching bobbin, 3/8 yard outer fabric and 3/8 lining (or two Fat quarters, contrasting or complimentary), 10″ x 25″ In R Foam stabilizer, rotary cutter and sewing kit supplies including regular sewing thread to finish project, Velcro to close pockets (optional).
Class fee is $5, plus $2 for In R Form, if desired.
