Once you can make a button-up shirt with a 2-piece collar and cuffs you will feel able to tackle almost any sewing project! Finally feel confident making multiple buttonholes.
Supplies needed:
-your basic sewing tools*
-a shirt pattern that includes a 2-piece collar, full front button placket, and set-in sleeves with cuffs
-appropriate yardage of laundered cotton shirting fabric (no knits, please)
-fusible interfacing as specified on the pattern (approx. 1 yard)
-matching shirt buttons (pattern will indicate size and number)
-matching all-purpose thread
