Cost: Free to Viking Sewing Gallery Customers
Learn the basics of quilting by completing a place mat or table sized quilt. This is a two part class. In part one, you’ll learn rotary cutting and piecing techniques. In class two (one week later) you’ll quilt and bind your small project! You’ll go home with instructions to make larger projects using the same design. We’ll use a traditional Disappearing Nine Patch quilting pattern provided by Colette Wilson. A supply list will be sent via email with your registration confirmation. Required: Your Viking or Singer machine, in good sewing condition. It is recommended that you be familiar with your machine operation before you tackle this class.
